Your partner profile captures key information about your organization that is used for promotional and planning purposes. Here, you can also upload your high-res logo suite for web and on-site print promotions. This form can be found on the Partner Portal - Step 1.
We'd like to let our community know what to expect from you at the campus - your key topics and speakers!
The earlier the submission, the more promotional hits. If information is not received by August 9th, deliverables may be delayed.
We'd also like to let our executive producers and press teams understand the details of your presentation!
Please review the following processes to familiarize yourself with how we prep presenters for their session.
Tell us what your Main Stage session is all about! This form captures your session title and description; we'll use this for online web listings and overall press and promotions. This form can be found on the Partner Portal - Step 1.
Each speaker is required to submit a speaker profile form. This captures the proper name, title, and bio for each Main Stage presenter. Here, you can upload a high-res headshot photo for each speaker. This form can be found on the Partner Portal - Step 1.
The Nest Climate Campus offers Main Stage partners the opportunity to customize their visual presentation.
The Presentation Set Form, available here, helps you select how you would like your stage to look, including the different on-screen backgrounds available.

Please use this link to book a 30-minute prep call designed to connect and align all participating panelists with the Executive Producer, Steve Aberg, and Chief Development Officer, Amanda Kanaga.

Important: Before the production prep-call, we recommend all panel leads schedule a call amongst panelists to align on topic, questions, etc. before joining the prep-call with the event's Executive Producer.

Monday, September 23:
This 15-minute walk-through is designed to get speakers acclimated with the main stage environment and procedures prior to their live session. The Executive Producer, Steve Aberg, and Chief Development Officer, Amanda Kanaga, will be leading the walk-throughs.
Please note, this is not a rehearsal; content and tech checks must be requested in advance and accommodated on a case-to-case basis.
We'd like to get together with our executive producers to finalize all of the tiny details! This includes a full media and speaker review, on-site processes, and post-event video deliverable timelines.

We ask that all speakers arrive in the Green Room for their panel at least 1 hour ahead of start time. This allows everyone to get situated, mic'd up, and feeling their best!
