Where are we gathering?

Javits Center, in the newly opened Javits North. The address is 445 11th Avenue and the main entrance is located at 38th Street and 11th Avenue.

How do I get to the Campus?
There are many great ways to get to the Campus, located in Javits Center North, including by subway/train, bus, and bike! For the most up to date info, please check out the "Getting Here" page on the Javits Center website here.
Is there a Hotel Block available?

Book your hotel room for Climate Week NYC at our special rates while rooms are available!

Climate Week NYC and the UN General Assembly meeting combine to make September 21st-28th one of the most productive times to visit NYC, and hotel room rates reflect how it is also one of the busiest.

The Nest Climate Campus has a limited number of rooms available at a special rate at The New Yorker Hotel, one of New York’s most renowned hotels, located just a 15 minute walk from the Campus.

Built in 1929, during the height of the Jazz Age, The New Yorker Hotel has dazzled visitors with its Art Deco décor, exceptional service, and superb location in Midtown West for generations. The New Yorker Hotel continues to thrive, attracting visitors from all over the world, including those right in NYC.

What happens when I arrive?

Upon entrance to the venue, you will go through a security check and then take the escalator or elevator to the 3rd Floor where you will check in at registration for your badge, providing you access to the event. Please have your photo ID and ticket or QR code accessible on your mobile device to check in.

Your badge allows you access to Main Stage sessions, Open Co-Hosted Events, and Climate Collective Activations!

How accessible is the Campus? (Mobility vehicles, wheelchairs, and more!)
The Campus, located in Javits Center North, strives to welcome everyone to create climate action. Please learn more about mobility vehicles, service animals, and more here.
Can I register on site?

Yes, please come on over! 

Is there an app?
Yes indeed! The app allows for networking opportunities and in-depth information about our Main Stage, Co-Hosted Events, and Climate Collective and is available in the Apple and Android app stores!
Is there a dress code?
Yes, business casual, please.
Will there be food and beverages?
Glad you asked. The Garden Eatery is open for breakfast and lunch, offering a vegetarian menu with vegan options, located on Level 3 inside the Climate Collective. Simultaneously, you'll experience the circular story around the Javits food management system – from roof to table, local sourcing, and landfill diversion and waste management practices.
Help! I've lost my registration email...
No worries! Just come over to the Campus and we are happy to help you check in on-site.
Can I check my coat?
Yes! Coat check is near the entrance of Javits Center North, right after you walk in.
Can I smoke on the Campus?
The Javits Center maintains a smoke-free campus. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on Javits Center property, including the inner roadway and Javits-owned sidewalks.
Can I bring my pet?

Service animals for persons with disabilities are welcome at the Javits Center. Service animals are limited to dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.

No other animals are permitted in the Javits Center...
