Your attendees will receive a Nest Climate Campus Complimentary 3 Day Pass at the Registration desk on the 3rd floor.

People will arrive to your meeting room door with their Nest Climate Campus badge, presenting you with the opportunity to:

Decide whether to let them enter your event
  • If their badge contains your acronym, you will know that they registered for your event in advance
  • If their badge does not contain your acronym, then this individual:
    • is a member of the Campus community curious about your event
    • was not on the list you sent over to The Nest Climate Campus.

By hosting your event on the Campus, you are providing your attendees with access to Main Stage sessions, Co-Hosted Events open to the public, Climate Collective Experiential Learning activations, and Community Engagements with other climate leaders, before and after your event.

Sending Your Registration File

Please share your lists with Rick Rosalina, Head of Registration, by emailing them to rrosalina@cwmet.com, by September 18th. The columns must be in this order for the file to be imported into our registration system.

If you would like to do this, please list each attendee once in a row in your registration file, with all of their acronyms in a separate cell in that row, separated by commas. For example:

Name Email Acronym
Riker Jones riker@thenestclimatecampus.com  A1, A2, A3
Rick Rosalina rrosalina@cwmet.com C

If you have any questions about registration, please email Rick Rosalina, Head of Registration, by emailing them to rrosalina@cwmet.com, who will also be your on-site point of contact.
