Yuliya Kravtsov

Yuliya is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience driving transformational growth across various industries, including more than 15 years in the building materials industry. She joined CarbonCure in April 2026 after most recently serving as Head of Integration at CRH, where she led complex post-merger integration efforts for large-scale strategic acquisitions. Prior to CRH, she held senior leadership roles at Lafarge, Holcim and Discover Financial and Boston Consulting Group.

Based near Chicago, Yuliya brings deep expertise in leading large, cross-functional teams through transformation, delivering operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth initiatives. She has a strong track record of executing M&A strategies, improving profitability, and scaling new businesses. Yuliya holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and completed executive education at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
