Vaishali Nigam Sinha is the Co-Founder of ReNew, a leading decarbonisation solutions company listed on NASDAQ. As Chairperson Sustainability, she plays a pivotal role in positioning ReNew as a global ESG leader, spearheading the net-zero agenda and implementing strategies that have earned the company top international ESG rankings. She is the Founding Chair of ReNew Foundation and leads the ReNew India Initiative, through which ReNew has reached remote regions, positively impacting over 1.5 million lives with CSR programs aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Under her leadership, ReNew led India’s energy sector in S&P Global’s 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment—ranking in the 93rd percentile globally and among the top 10% of energy companies worldwide.
