Thomas Forner
Co-Founder & CEO, Focused Energy
Thomas is a passionate entrepreneur and company builder with 20+ years of experience in the tech 3start-up business. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Focused Energy Inc., leading a team to develop a safe, clean, and independent energy source for humankind based on modern laser technology. He also is a strategic advisor to Wonderz GmbH and an associate partner at Conmeta Venture GmbH.
Previously, Thomas founded Neurofelix Handels GmbH, a company focused on developing solutions for neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, Thomas has been an advisor and CFO at various companies, including volders GmbH, DECA Games, Marvel Fusion, and dentolo. Thomas was also Co-CEO and CFO of LaVita GmbH, a manufacturer of natural health
supplements, and Co-Founder of ValueMiner, a social business software company.
Between 1993 and 1998, Thomas Forner obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on General Management from the University of Passau. In 2001, he participated in the Bertelsmann Program at INSEAD, where he studied Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies. Additionally, he attended the University of St. Gallen to study Change Management and Digital Transformation in 2008.
