Suzanne DiBianca
EVP & Chief Impact Officer, Salesforce
Suzanne is a Fortune 500 executive, board member, investor, and advisor with two decades at Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), where she serves as EVP and Chief Impact Officer. In her time at Salesforce, she's helped scale the company from a startup into the world's #1 AI CRM. She built the company's global Impact portfolio spanning all areas of the business — including within Salesforce Ventures and product development — and ran business units and strategic programs in the nonprofit, education, sustainability, and philanthropy sectors. She also co-founded Salesforce.org and Salesforce Foundation, creating the 1-1-1 model, which has inspired thousands of companies to integrate giving back into their business strategies.
Today, Suzanne serves as a strategic advisor, operating partner, and board member for several portfolio companies within the Salesforce Ventures Impact Fund, with a focus on the energy and wildfire sectors. She helps shape the fund's broader climate investment strategy, working hands-on with companies to drive growth and navigate the emerging agentic AI landscape to drive innovation and better serve communities.
Suzanne has been recognized on TIME’s 100 Most Influential Climate Leaders in Business list, was named one of Inside Philanthropy’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Philanthropy, and is a member of the San Francisco Business Times’ Most Influential Women in the Bay Area Business Hall of Fame. She's a passionate coach, mentor, and advocate for impact-led business — believing that the most durable companies are those that treat stakeholder value and shareholder value as one and the same.
