Rick Fox is a Bahamian leader, entrepreneur, former professional athlete, global business executive, and public servant who has spent more than three decades representing The Bahamas on the world stage.
In 2026, Rick was appointed to the Senate of The Bahamas, where he is focused on accountability, national development, and opportunity for Bahamian families. Rick grew up in the Bahamas with his family, where he attended Kingsway Academy in Nassau until he left to finish High School playing in Indiana. He then went on to star collegiately at the University of North Carolina from 1987 to 1991.
He is best known publicly as a climate technologist founder, a three-time NBA Champion with the Los Angeles Lakers and for his distinguished career as a producer and actor in television and entertainment and as a global entrepreneur.
