Lyndsay Harris-Kyei

Lyndsay leads Global Impact & Sustainability at ServiceNow, where she oversees the company’s enterprise sustainability strategy including decarbonization, corporate sustainability reporting, and social impact. In this role, she is responsible for embedding sustainability into ServiceNow’s core business by advancing operational eDiciency, strengthening resilience, and ensuring transparency and accountability across the company’s environmental and governance commitments. Her work aligns sustainability with business performance, customer expectations, and evolving regulatory requirements.

Lyndsay also leads ServiceNow’s approach to social impact, extending the company’s sustainability strategy beyond its operations to the broader systems in which it operates. This includes focusing on ensuring that all people have access to the AI economy. Her approach is grounded in a clear principle: sustainability and impact are not separate eDorts, but connected drivers of long-term value. By linking internal operational leadership with external engagement, she ensures ServiceNow’s commitments are measurable, credible, and scalable.

Under her leadership, ServiceNow has set ambitious goals, including reaching one billion people through its technology and impact initiatives, while scaling global programs focused on sustainable infrastructure and digital futures for young people.
