Laura Kohler
Global Business Ambassador
Laura Kohler serves as Global Business Ambassador for Kohler Co. after serving as Chief Sustainable Living Officer and holding executive roles in human resources and communications. She has been with Kohler for 35 years, is a member of the Kohler Board of Directors since 1999, and serves on its Executive Committee and the Pension Investment Committee. Additionally, Laura serves as the Chair for Kohler’s three Trusts: Clean Water, Arts and Education, and Preservation.
She is the Chair of the African Wildlife Foundation, Chair-Elect of the National Housing Endowment and is also on the boards of the John Michael Kohler Arts Center, Kohler Foundation, the 50L Home Coalition, and the KB Home Sustainability Advisory Board. Laura previously served on the board of Bank First National for four years, Outward Bound USA for 12 years, including over three years as Board Chair and two years as Safety Chair, and she continues to serve as an Outward Bound International Global Ambassador.
