Henrik Holland

Henrik Holland is President of EV Realty, where he leads the national expansion of the company's grid-secured Powered Properties® platform, serving heavy-duty commercial fleets, autonomous vehicle operators, and emerging digital infrastructure.

He previously founded and led Prologis Mobility, building it from zero into the nation's second-largest commercial EV charging network, with 70 MW delivered globally, including the country's largest heavy-duty charging microgrid at 9 MW with onsite power. Over 18 years at Shell, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Greenlots following the acquisition he led, ran cleantech venture investment for Shell Ventures out of Boston, and co-founded Shell's distributed energy business.

Henrik is Board Chairman of CALSTART and the founder of Riverfield Global LLC. He holds an MBA, cum laude, from Rotterdam School of Management and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Twente. Henrik is a dual US and EU citizen based in Boston.
