Hana Kajimura has spent her career at the intersection of sustainability and business, most recently as CEO of Trellis, the leading convener of corporate sustainability practitioners. Before that, she was Global Head of Sustainability at Allbirds, where she built the sustainability function from scratch and scaled it through the company's IPO. She started her career at Bain & Company, advising Fortune 500 clients on business strategy.
