Erik Roberts
Chief Purchasing Officer, Procter & Gamble
Erik Roberts serves as Chief Purchasing Officer at Procter & Gamble, where he leads the company’s Global Purchasing organization and oversees sourcing, procurement, and material planning across the business. This includes direct spending on raw materials, packaging and contract manufacturing, as well as indirect categories such as media, creative, IT, transportation, labor and other services required to market P&G’s brands and operate its business.
Erik sets the vision and builds the capabilities, talent, and organization needed to manage P&G's global supply ecosystem and develop the next generation of sourcing and supply chain professionals. He also leads Sustainability across P&G’s Product Supply organization, including strategy and technology development for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
Erik also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Cleaning Institute, helping advance science-based approaches to sustainability, safety, and industry progress. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
