Desiree Almodovar
Vice President, JPM Innovation Economy
Desiree Almodovar is a Vice President on the Innovation Economy team at JPM. She has spent her career at the intersection of technology and early-stage VC. She’s built and advised tech startups, first by running a venture studio, and later as an Operating Partner at AlleyCorp, brining an operators lens to the earliest stages of growth. She's also led innovation and growth initiatives across organizations including Google and MTV. Much of her work today centers on helping founders turn ideas into businesses that can actually grow, connecting product, GTM, capital, and the right people along the way. Desiree is especially passionate about expanding who gets access to the opportunities and capital that shape the future of technology.
