Daniel Kull
Director, Development Partnerships and Programme Delivery at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO)
Daniel Kull leads development partnerships, private sector engagement, resource mobilization and project management in WMO, brings over 25 years of experience delivering international support and technical assistance for disaster risk management and climate change adaptation.
Prior to joining WMO in 2023, he served as a task team leader with the World Bank and Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR), where he managed large-scale investments, facilitated partnerships and served as a leading figure in the World Bank for guiding approaches to support the modernization of hydrometeorological and climate services.
