Ben Saada
Founder and CEO, FAIRMAT
Ben is the founder and CEO of FAIRMAT, a deep-tech company spearheading circularity in the carbon fiber industry. Founded in 2020 on the belief that performance and sustainability are not a trade-off, FAIRMAT breathes second life into aerospace and wind energy waste by turning it into high-performance materials at no green premium. Prior to FAIRMAT, Ben co-founded Expliseat in 2011 (USD 60M orderbook, 250 employees), where he developed the world’s lightest aircraft seat, radically reducing fuel consumption in the aviation industry. A pioneer in industrial sustainability, Ben is committed to removing barriers to circularity until it becomes the new manufacturing standard. Ben holds an engineering degree from Mines ParisTech.
