Rob is President & CEO of GreenFire Energy, where he is leading the company's transformation into a next-generation geothermal development platform focused on delivering premium baseload power for utilities, defense, industrial, and hyperscale markets.
Under his leadership, GreenFire has repositioned into a scalable geothermal developer, advancing a growing portfolio of modular geothermal projects across premier U.S. development corridors while expanding strategic partnerships throughout Asia. Prior to GreenFire, Rob served as Director of Geothermal Technologies and Innovation at Baker Hughes, where he helped advance next-generation geothermal systems and commercialization initiatives. He has also held technical and leadership roles with General Electric, Calpine, and the Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC) at the University of North Dakota.
