Decarbonizing the Built Environment: How to Accelerate the Transition to Net Zero

The buildings sector accounts for nearly 40% of energy and process-related CO 2 emissions. Legence and its panel of experts will share a unique process to overcome the fragmented and siloed approach that is the greatest barrier to transition to a low carbon building sector. Through actionable plans that reach organizational sustainability goals, industry leaders will draw from their expertise across all project stages – from ESG advisory to engineering and design to project execution – to share real-world examples of how Legence has successfully simplified the complexity of decarbonization and makes the business case to reduce emissions, lower costs and enhance building performance through a stackable solutions model. Our panel will also cover available and time sensitive financing incentives, including provisions within the recent Inflation Reduction Act (IRA).
