This Co-Hosted Events Planning Portal has everything you need to plan a successful event and make the most of your experience at The Nest Climate Campus. Make this your first stop for all things Co-Hosted Events related (and don't forget to bookmark!).
Please be sure to review all items in detail, taking note of the important dates and key contacts. While this portal is critical in your planning process, please know that The Nest Climate Campus operations team and our partners will support you every step of the way!
Please be sure you complete your on-boarding forms!
The sooner we receive this information, the sooner we can kick-start our co-marketing campaigns.
Your partner profile captures key information about your organization that is used for promotional and planning purposes. Here, you can also upload your high-res logo suite for web and on-site print promotions. This form can be found on the Partner Portal - Step 1.
We'd like to let our community know what to expect from you at the campus! The earlier the submission, the more time for promotion! Beyond August 30, deliverables may be delayed.
Tell us what your Co-Hosted Event is all about! This form captures your event programming details; we'll use this for online web listings and overall press and promotions. This form can be found on the Partner Portal - Step 1.
Make attending your Co-Hosted Event efficient for attendees by sharing your registration file so that The Nest Climate Campus team can add your icon to attendee badges. Once the show opens, you will see that an attendee has registered for your Co-Hosted event by checking their badge for your icon!
Using the sample registration template helps you better serve your Co-Hosted event attendees because it ensures that one person on the Campus only gets one badge.
If "John Smith" and "John Smith" appear in your registration file and in the Campus's registration file, John might use one badge to enter your Co-Hosted event once, and his other badge to enter it again, it would look like two "John Smith"s entered your event when in reality there was only one. Imagine the confusion that emerges when "John Smith" also got a 3rd badge for the Campus in general. Overall, it's better to keep one badge for one person on the Campus.
Using the sample registration template helps all of us consolidate duplicate registrations and better serve our attendees. Please send us the registration file by September 18.
Please be sure to throughly review the Campus Manual and submit your orders to our venue partners before the deadlines!
