The Nest Campus, the largest climate-focused gathering in the United States, has been acquired by event entrepreneurs Jonathan Weiner and Stefan Weitz and will reimagine as the premier marketplace for the global Resilience Economy.

Backed by Silvercircle — led by Jonathan Weiner, the founder behind Money20/20, Shoptalk, HLTH and ViVE and co-founder of HumanX alongside Stefan Weitz, The Nest Campus is positioning itself at the intersection of capital, technology, and implementation to accelerate progress across the resilience ecosystem.

From Complexity to Deployment

As the Prime Minister of Canada and former Governor of the Bank of England has said, “The transition to a resilient, net-zero economy is the greatest commercial opportunity of our time.”  Larry Fink, Chairman and CEO of Blackrock has similarly described the net-zero transition as “the greatest investment opportunity of our lifetime.”

The Nest Campus embraces the broader vision that the Resilience Economy — spanning energy transition, AI-enabled systems, infrastructure modernization, supply chain transformation, food security, nature based solutions, decarbonisation and health resilience — represents the next major capital cycle, where profit and impact scale together.

The refocused and broadened The Nest Campus, formerly known as The Nest Climate Campus, will take place September 22–24, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City during Climate Week NYC. The three-day gathering is a high-density forum of over 8000 leaders, designed to connect buyers, sellers, startups, investors and corporate C levels.

Programming will focus on distilling resilience complexity into practical, industry-specific strategies and deployment pathways for decision-makers in corporations and governments. Through curated content, data-driven insights and structured deal-making environments, The Nest Campus aims to move the conversation from ambition to execution.

The Nest Campus is led by Jonathan Weiner with a proven record of building category-defining events, alongside Stefan Weitz, a former Microsoft executive with nearly two decades of experience leading billion-user technologies including Bing.com, brings deep expertise in AI, cybersecurity and digital platforms.

Our mission is to create a frictionless marketplace where the most effective solutions meet the capital and customers required to scale. Profit and impact are not opposing forces — they are mutually reinforcing drivers of progress. ” - Peter Gilmer, CEO of The Nest Campus

The Nest Campus will convene leaders across AI and technology, energy transition, infrastructure modernization, supply chain transformation, food security, nature based solutions, decarbonisation and health resilience. Through curated introductions, executive masterclasses, investor engagement and sector-focused programming, the platform is designed to deliver measurable return on participation for sponsors, startups and enterprise buyers alike.
